Watching National Theatre of London shows in Seattle

Uncategorized

From Larry Moss in L.A. I’m wondering if we can get something like this going in Seattle…

Hello all,

Today’s paper has an article in the “D” section about how London’s National Theater is now broadcasting their plays live around the world for audiences in certain movies theaters.

This is a rare chance to see London theatre without leaving L.A. and the review of the quality of the plays was sterling.

Go to the National Theatre Home page:

And you can sign up for Emails alerts. Prices are reasonable and you can keep up with the London Theatre scene without having to fly to England.

Next season’s offerings are: HAMLET, FRANKENSTEIN, THE CHERRY ORCHARD, FELA!

and A DISAPPEARING NUMBER.

Check it out….Hollywood’s best kept secret!

SM/Assist. needed for D.Natale’s “Westerbork Serenade” in Holland

Uncategorized

david_natale_headshotHello Friends, Fans and Supporters,

My One person show, The Westerbork Serenade, will play in Holland this November.

After more than a decade of performing and developing this piece, I shall bring the story of Transit Camp Westerbork home to where it actually took place more than 60 years ago.
This trip is a chance to complete the cycle of my work on this project, and to share the story and artistry of those performers who’s lives were destroyed by the Holocaust.

for details see my blog:

http://westerborkserenade.blogspot.com

*There will be a benefit performance on October 13Th at the Odd Duck Studio in Seattle *

*ALSO: We could use technical support:
someone to help with sound and or lights in the Netherlands-as well as running interference for me.

I don’t have much money, but you can stay with me there and there is a possibility of some help with a plane ticket.

 Thanks for your interest,
sincerely,
David
